Changan Mazda unveiled the updated 2027 EZ-60 on 26 September 2026, introducing nine variants with four models equipped with roof-mounted LiDAR technology. The Hesai ATX LiDAR unit delivers a maximum detection range of 200 meters and operates alongside three millimeter-wave radars, 11 high-definition cameras, and 12 ultrasonic sensors, enabling combined forward detection exceeding 250 meters.
The advanced driver assistance system employs an end-to-end architecture supporting highway navigation assist at speeds between 0–130 km/h and urban navigation assist at 0–80 km/h. The parking system recognizes over 300 parking space types, with additional features including memory parking functionality to be activated via future OTA software updates. The vehicle features 25 active safety functions.
EREV variants retain a 1.5-liter range extender producing 70 kW maximum output, paired with a rear-wheel-drive motor delivering 190 kW peak power and 290 Nm torque, supported by a 31.73-kWh battery enabling 200 km pure electric range. BEV models employ a 77.94-kWh lithium iron phosphate battery with the same single-motor rear configuration, achieving 600 km electric range.
Official guide prices range from 119,900 yuan to 172,900 yuan, with limited-time pricing reducing costs by 6,000 yuan across all variants. LiDAR-equipped models command a 12,000 yuan premium. Changan Mazda offers purchase incentives including trade-in subsidies, configuration upgrades, and financing options for qualified buyers.
